Monica Parker is a photographer born in Batavia Ohio (1997) and based in the Southern Ohio\Northern Kentucky area. She got her start in photography during her nine years of 4H where she also showed pigs and goats. Monica is a recent graduate of Northern Kentucky University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in photography and marketing. She was recently published in Photographer's Fourm Best College edition 2018 and had photographic work accepted into the 2017 and 2018 NKU juried student show.
Monica often photographs in black and white and much of her subject matter is based around her growing up in the rural area of Ohio on a farm. She also enjoys working in the studio where you will catch her photographing still lives or posing her best friends for portraits. Sports photography also became a passion of Monica’s during her time as a student sports photographer while in college at NKU. When Monica is not working in the studio or on location, she can usually be found at the local Starbucks or in the barn hanging out with her pet pygmy goats!
